Points a finger of death at a weakened enemy in combat, killing it outright. Only effective against foes attacking you when they are critically wounded.

The target must be actively fighting you, and must be at 19% health or lower to be vulnerable. Successfully struck enemies are first set to 1 hit point, then dealt 1000 points of damage, which kills them. Fails with a message if conditions are not met.
