You feel your health revitalized! You feel a less of health!
Drains one-sixth of the target's current hit points and adds that amount to your own (capped at your maximum). Requires valid PvP circumstances between players. The drain always fails if the target's hit points are already below one-sixth of their maximum, and can otherwise be resisted by a random chance that differs between player and NPC targets.
