Mana Burn

If the caster's wisdom check succeeds (compared against the victim's wisdom), the victim's mana is cut by half its current value plus twice the caster's wisdom. Damage is then dealt based on how much mana the victim has left after that loss: a random amount up to the remainder for a player victim, exactly the remainder for a mob, or a minimum of 1 if little is left. If the check fails, the spell deals no damage.
