Passive recovery enhancement. Boosts your natural mana regeneration on ticks when your mana is below maximum.
Comandos: vitalize mana mana
Each regen tick where you're below full mana, there's a chance (based on your skill level) to add 20% to that tick's gain, whether or not you are meditating. Does not trigger while you're in a transformed state.
